Vert. provides professional training services via certified personal trainers who design programs specifically for their client's needs and goals and work one-on-one with the client to achieve those goals. Goals include but are not limited to all aspects of "wellness". According to Vert principles, Wellness is the presence of good health physically, mentally, and occupationally. Vert. trainers recognize that good health carries over into all aspects of living and believe that functional living is more optimal than aesthetic living. This allows us, unlike other training studios that focus on the aesthetics of fitness - in other words increasing ones physical appearance - to focus instead on the functional improvements of the body system.
