Good Nutrition is the foundation to successful wellness. Like all things, moderation in eating is important and any radical changes or diets will do harm. However, when you combine Good Nutrition - whole foods that avoid processing, additives, preservatives, hydrogenated fats, large amounts of sugar - you see improvement in all the body's functions. Water (H20) is key to one's wellness and should be a factor of successful daily living. Frequently clients ask what they should or should not eat - how much of this and how little of that. If there is a concern about a client's current nutrition and eating habits and/or the client needs a basis for understanding Good Nutrition, VERT. Trainers work along side qualified Nutritional staff to create an eating program.
