The principles of VERT. training are based in proven, sound techniques using biomechanics - the study of body mechanics, specifically the forces exerted by muscles and gravity on the skeletal structure, as the basis of all movement patterns.
VERT. recognizes that each client has specific reasons for hiring a personal trainer. Some of those reasons may include motivation, accountability, variety, to ensure progress, and most importantly safety. While VERT. trainers are a choice motivator to help the client reach their goals, the trainers' top concern is the performance of movements in a safe and effective manner
