RESISTANCE FOR CAPOEIRA
Prepare the body for strength, flexibility, endurance and power in this 1 hour movement class that focuses on the basic element of Capoeira - the ginga- in a body resistance workout.   No experience needed.  All levels welcome.  Taught by Trevor Marum.

HIP HOP IN THE BOX (TM)
A great way to pick up your cardio and learn some new moves.  This class is a blast for pros and taught so those with NO dance experience can learn.  Dancer and actress, Dinesha McGill (you may have seen her recently in the Academy Award winning movie Benjamin Button or on the MAVS dance floor), teaches this motivational class.

BALLOGA (TM)
A fusion of ballet and yoga that is like "collagen for your booty".  They are approximately 45 minutes and guarantee a great workout for your glutes & core.  All levels welcome.

PRETEEN YOGA
This fun filled class gives a boost to the esteem while teaching posture and health; we will also help deal with every day stresses like how to breath before that exam.  This class is exclusively for preteen girls age 10-13 and taught in a welcoming environment by Nicole Payseur on Monday and Wednesdays at 4:30pm

VERTCircuit
An intensive resistance training class.  A great supplement for personal training, the class is taught in a semi-private environment for effective & safe results.
Tuesday 10 am

CardioFit
Intermediate & Advance cardiovascular training. 
For the part-time or serious athlete, this class will focus on techniques & posture for the most effective calorie burn.
